![]() ![]() So i left it at " 0 " and it still looks perfectly fine ingame. But first, a little note about my settings i went with, for this line that iMAGGOT used, " uset r_multimon_rotation_right "-0.5" ", for me, i found that setting actually wrecked screenshots. ![]() Sorry to necro a old thread, but seems im not the only one thats done it here, besides that, this is a good thread i think for others to share their own settings for the game. I changed all og those settings and my screen is still zoomed into the windshield. please try it and see if it works for whoever needs it, i hope it does :) uploaded a video so you can see how ATS looks for me, its about the same on ETS2 aswell Anyone experience this?īack to topic i have played about with the config file on ATS and copied it to ETS2 and this is the best i have come up with by far, i am pleased with it, can see the dashboard on middle screen and mirrors on left and right monitors, just play with your seat position hight, forwards/backwards and head up/down (left/right monitors need to be almost to the sides of middle monitor) im on 3 x 27" 5760x1080, i LOVE the view i have now it has taken me so damn long to get to this stage dont think ill even change it again now as i LOVE the way i have got it. But as soon as I enable Nvidia surround and run the game in multi view, very bad aa and shimmering all over the place, it seems the settings in NI no longer applied. The two lines I added are at the very bottom, and the first thing I tried was matching the format with the rest of the lines, ie "vert_offset_xxxx"Originally posted by ocseong818:Does anyone getting bad AA and shimmering when running multi view? I use Nvidia Inspector to override the AA and I getting very good AA when running the game in single monitor. Uset r_multimon_vert_offset_left: 1.000000 Uset r_multimon_vert_offset_right: 1.000000 I wonder if I am putting them in the right spot though, because the rest of the code lines do not follow the "uset_r_multimon_" format. Uset r_multimon_vert_offset_left "0" Still no effect. Originally posted by ~~ Ryu:They should be added in this format: As with other config files, some little-used settings are not present but can be added. ![]() Not using multiple monitors, but you could try adding the vert_offset lines. I do not see any other text line that would indicate a way to move the center of the view up or down for the side monitors. I have changed that value as much as 2.0000 and it does not seem to have any affect. I have been using the multimon_config.sii file to modify the values, and the closest line I could find to that was this - vertical_fov_relative_offset: 0.00000. Can be used to move the left side view up or down to improve visibility of the mirrors given the limited vertical field of view. R_multimon_vert_offset_left and r_multimon_vert_offset_right - Vertical offset in meters of the left/right monitor from the center one. ![]() From the website linked above is this line. My side view are not lined up with the center, due to the slight size difference between the monitors. Depending of the size of your monitor frame, you can try a value between 1.2 and 1.4Īlso it is recommended to set g_interior_camera_zero_pitch "1" when using multimonitor layout.Īnother important note as it has not yet been written: Multimonitor in ETS2 and ATS only work when setting Nvidia Surround triple screen desktop layout if you have a Nvidia GPU or AMD Eyefinity when using AMD GPU (at least when using Windows, on Linux it works in a different way). When using in console, changes applied immediately.īezel correction can be set with r_multimon_border_fov_right and r_multimon_border_fov_left. All settings in drivers seat configuration can be adjusted except fov setting.įor fine tuning of fov you can use r_multimon_fov_horizontal and r_multimon_fov_vertical in config.cfg or as command in developer console. It is a fixed layout where multimon_config.sii settings are not used. Here are some templates for multimon_config.sii for single/double/triple screen layouts:Īs mentioned in earlier post, settings in multimon_config.sii only take effect, when r_multimon_mode "4" in config.cfg is set.Ī simpler way is to use r_multimon_mode "2". ![]()
